A tiny apartment in Athens, Greece,  by Anastasia Dimitaki

The Greek founder and owner of AboutDecorationBlog.com, Anastasia Dimitraki completed turned her old storage into a beautiful tiny apartment in Athens, Greece. The 17.5 m2/188 ft2 apartment is located in the ground floor of a 1960’s building, and it was designed in Scandinavian style.
The characteristic of this apartment is the platform that is 50 cm /1,64ft above the ground where the bathroom and fully equipped kitchen are located on it.The platform was created because there were problems with the plumbing.
To create a light construction, the levitation was created with styrofoam and pumice concrete mix, while the only step was made with solid azobe wood.
To save space and for the owner to have a reclined bed, a wardrobe, and small storage, a special metallic DIY construction was created.
The rest of the space is a small living room where an office and a double sofa bed are situated.
