In South Yarra, Melbourne, Telha Clarke, Lotta Agaton Interiors and Tom Howgate collaborate in order to create a light and minimalistic apartment through which they drew inspiration from the Scandinavian light and minimalism. The apartment has high quality solid wooden floors and handpicked sand colored stone, both were picked because they feel modern and because they will age naturally in order to remain timeless in their expression. Lotta Agaton designed the apartments with natural color palette and materials, sleek lines, practical and minimalist spaces. Finally, the exquisite level of detail and refined choice of furnishings convey the feeling of luxury that was desired for the place and it is light-filled and spacious, with calm and graceful atmosphere.
