Oscar Properties created the 79 & Park, an apartment complex located in Stockholm, Sweden. The apartment was designed by the Danish architect Bjarke Ingels and the interiors were designed by Lotta Agaton. The apartment was influenced by New York. The outside of it is created with Canadian cedar and look like wooden boxes stacked together.
In the inside of the apartment the windows start from the floor and end up at the ceiling letting loads of light inside. Also, all the openings are well calibrated out making a wide view regardless of where you live. The pieces that stand out are: the Daybed that has been designed by Daniel Östman, the lamp Cesta from Santa & Cole, the Desk Quads of Superstudio for Zanotta, Nordic Gallery, the sofa and the armchairs confident, both from Living divani, the chair chaise longue PK 24 by Poul Kjærholm and many more from many famous designers.
