Positioned strategically at the site’s southern end, it maximizes panoramic sea views and stands as an architectural statement of simplicity.
Constructed primarily from local tufo sandstone, painted with a natural pink-tinted lime-wash, the villa exudes warmth and harmony with its surroundings. A generous veranda with a cane ceiling extends from one side, offering shade from the summer sun, while the outdoor areas encourage relaxation and connection to nature. Indoors, the villa’s elevated position is palpable, with expansive, grid-windowed spaces seamlessly merging with the landscape.
Warm earthy tones prevail, complemented by sandstone floors, antique furniture, and locally sourced decor elements.
