Pilar Barroso and Miguel Brieva, founders of BAO Architecture, created this beautiful rehabilitation housing, the Housing Zurbano, in Calle Zurbano, Madrid, Spain. BAO is an architecture & design studio founded in 2011, directed by Pilar Barroso and Miguel Brieva. Their objective is a temporality, creating spaces with noble materials, working with volumes and light. They work with the essence of their origins, stone, wood, ion and respect to tradition is part of their language. They study the way of life of each client, in a constant search to balance funcionality and beauty in every project. They are inspired by balance, white, light, and the Mediterranean.
