Jose Manuel Alorda is a Spanish photographer that it was born in Ibiza, Spain, in 1967 and he is currently staying in San Francisco, USA. He possesses a degree in Fine Arts with a specialization in Visual Arts. Jose is specialized on Architectural and Interior Design professional photography and develops his personal work on architecture and portraiture.
He has taught photography as a visiting Professor of Photography at different schools, as well as leading seminars on the topic. Jose has shown his work at numerous expositions and received awards both in Spain and abroad. Finally, Jose focus on those signs related to male representation and its own significance: from body details or social groups, to different cultural, ethnic or even sexual behaviors.
