Athens 10AM lofts, create an open-plan, luxury, penthouse loft apartment split across the building’s 5th and 6th floors. On the first floor, the large living-dining-kitchen area opens to a study with a large sofa that also acts as a second bedroom. A passage leads to a very special bathroom with glass on both sides, a large stand-alone bath, and a shower room, both with spectacular views.
The second floor is home to the main bedroom and a huge terrace that offers views of the Acropolis, the Lycabettus hill, and the Athens riviera. This penthouse is a tale of two opposites; an open space, yet with a dark palette of colors. This dark palette makes the place feel cool in the summer months, sensuous with raw luxury.
The dark inside illuminates the outside, which turns the view into a unique art piece. The black stone floor, the dark wood cabinets, and the lime-washed walls give a texture that is unique for Athens’ interiors. It can be used as a residence, as a venue for private gatherings, or in conjunction with the other 10AM spaces, for multifaceted events.
