Belvedere Apartments by Studio Brent Lee is one of their standout projects, commissioned by Parisian property development firm Jacques Harrison. Located in the 7th Arrondissement of Paris, this renovation of an 18th-century building involves transforming it into unique apartments and penthouses, alongside a restaurant and bar.
Each residence is tailored to its individual layout, featuring bespoke kitchens, bathrooms, powder rooms, and bedrooms. The design draws on diverse historical influences, from the grandeur of Roman architecture to the restraint of 18th-century French Neoclassicism and the minimalism of Belgian philosophy. Materials and finishes include lime-washed decorative plaster, ornamental ceilings, cornices, and architraves, paired with light oak herringbone floors, dark oak joinery, and natural limestone.
Kitchens feature contrasting cabinetry—some in dark oak for bold elegance, others in soft white oak to complement the building’s curving forms. Luxe, relaxed living areas are created with soft linen curtains and sofas, enhancing the understated elegance of each space.
Studio Brent Lee’s approach ensures every apartment in Belvedere becomes a unique, sophisticated residence that harmonizes historical charm with modern living. Studio Brent Lee, a Sydney-based Interior Architecture & Design studio with growing presences in Los Angeles and Paris, combines historical inspiration with modern sophistication.
