Bernd Gruber creates an enticing haven in Kirchberg

On a sunny slope in Kirchberg, a chalet interpreted in a modern way was created. The atmospheric ambience spreads over three floors on a total of 419 square meters. Natural materials like weathered wood and leather naturally connect with well-planned color specks in deep blue.
A natural threefold division of the house, with wardrobe and utilities on the first floor, bedroom and luxurious wellness area on the second. An elegant suite with open living space, dining area, sound-proof music room and panoramic terrace in the attic, perfectly caters to the needs and wishes of the residents.
Respecting the local building development, a very personal retreat for two was created – an invitation to relax and take a breath.
