MC Apartment is a minimal apartment located in Paris, France, designed by Studio Vincent Eschalier. This renovation of a private 80 m² apartment takes place in a former private mansion in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. This long, linear façade accommodation benefits from numerous skylights which are a real asset for the architect.
In agreement with the project manager, the atmosphere is intended to be minimalist, favoring light tones and the use of noble materials such as wood and terrazzo. The kitchen cabinet is custom designed from a block of cut marble. The waxed concrete floor sublimates the collection of furniture for the future occupant.
