Interior designer Emmanuelle Simon renovated an 85 square meters apartment in Saint Germain into the perfect home. Natural and mineral shades such as sand, terracotta, and limestone can create a thermal-like environment in an apartment to silence city traffic in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, transforming the house into an oasis of peace in the midst of a very lively city.
The floor is French parquet lined with chevron, the walls and ceiling are painted in a single white tone, which gives the space more light and air. In the house you can breathe an eclectic atmosphere that ranges from styles such as Art Deco and wabi-sabi, or the Japanese aesthetic that rediscovers beauty in the transience of objects, in the idea of ​​absolute but intuitive and spontaneous perfection.
A perfection that is combined with a design that recalls lava stone, brushed natural oak, and a line of Raku-inspired ceramics (Japanese style with low cooking, modeled by hand). The furniture combines with each other with perfect colors and shapes.
