Format Restaurant  is a new high-end gourmet restaurant in Copenhagen, located at the newly renovated boutique hotel, Sankt Annae Hotel.

The restaurant has 78 seats placed in two connecting rooms, one of which is a glass roof covered backyard.

The people behind, Formel B, among others, has the ambition to create a simple expression with the highest quality components.

The design was made in collaboration between Helle Flou Studio and designer Søren Vester.
