Guillaume Alan, a French designer, created this apartment in Paris and he named it as “Victor Hugo Apartment”. He design the apartment with the advantage of having 360˚ view over the city. He created it through a minimalist approach mixed with a french tradition that applies to the interior, furniture and selection of art pieces.
