There are 49 apartments and penthouses consists of this former school (in the grounds) and the building that was formerly teacher homes (onto Nybrogatan).
Oscar Properties have extended the total area by relocating the façade northwards and adding two penthouse apartments to the school building. Exclusive design concept created with inspiration from the history and architecture of the house.
