Located in the historic center of Palma, Mallorca, Impremta Garden is a luxurious residential complex suspended between tradition and avant-garde.

Twelve luxury apartments encased into a 400-year old building opening onto an amazing patio with garden pool and lounge. Each apartment is unique, featuring peculiar architectural solutions where the spirit of the old city is jealously preserved and enhanced by the juxtaposition of modern, uncompromising design solutions.

Chevron-patterned oak floorings, neuter walls, materic textures, contrasting details combine in a warm, welcoming ambience. The kitchen and living areas are blended in a contemporary open space living with big windows overlooking the inner courtyard’s garden and pool. High ceilings with renovated exposed beams highlight the building’s historical identity, while several paneled walls further enhance interiors with their sophisticated avant-garde design.
