Mendi Argia is a boutique hotel located in San Sebastián, Spain, and the interior design was undertaken by the Openhouse. It is located in a Neo-Basque Villa from the 20th century, adapted to contemporary times, while preserving its historic aspect and value. The name of this place, “Illuminated Mountain” in Basque, is an ode to the small mount where it is located, on top of Ulia hill. The nine-room hotel has been dressed in the serene and contemporary style of the range of brands. In furniture by Gervasoni, Thonet, Menu, and Expormim. In lighting by FLOS, Santa & Cole, and Oluce. In paint finishes by Bauwerk Colour and the rugs by Nanimarquina, and textiles by Teixidors and Jab.
